The 2036 edition is active. Future reporting can replace this placeholder without changing the archive or shared site framework.

Archive

Earlier editions remain available

Use the Ledger archive to move between unlocked editions without changing your highest level of reader access.

Framework test: the header and footer should display 2036, the reader panel should show archive access through 2036, and shared pages should continue to inherit the 2036 edition until another edition is selected.
